A: We are easily able to service Craig, Klawock and Hollis.
Q: Do you service the Port St. Nicholas area?
A: Yes, however, due to road conditions, we will rarely go farther out than 5mi Port St. Nicholas.
Q: Do you go out to Thorne Bay and Kasaan?
A: Yes, we can go to Thorne Bay and Kasaan. There is a minimum charge of $50 for jobs done in
these areas.
Q: What is a "Man Hour"?
A: The amount of work performed by the average worker in one hour. For example, if we have a
two person team clean in your home for one hour, they have worked two 'man hours'.
Q: What do you charge?
A: We charge a base rate of $25/man hour for residential cleanings and $30/man hour for Janitorial services. For cleanings concerning fire damage and bio-hazard conditions, we will discuss a base rate that reflects the level of care needed.
For reoccurring visits/regular clients where the tasks stay constant, we will work with the client to
establish a value for the cleaning requested.
Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: We accept Direct Deposit, Checks, Cash, Venmo, PayPal*, and card payments through Square*.
*PayPal and Square payments are subject to an additional 3.5% convenience fee which will be applied to your invoice total.

A: To protect our clients, we cannot clean in any home or business that has a current bedbug, lice, or
flea problem.
